Dr Rajkumar Ramchandran

Executive Director of Logos Ministries in India
 Raj Dr Rajkumar Ramchandran comes from a Hindu (Brahmin) background.   He accepted the Lord Jesus Christ on 25th May 1980 after a year of reading the Bible by himself and being challenged by the Word (John 14:6) and convicted by the Holy Spirit.Rajkumar is an Electronics & Telecommunications Engineer with over 20 years of experience working with Multinationals in India and abroad including a 16 years stint with the German Multinational Siemens.  He is an Evangelist, Bible Teacher and Revival preacher.  Rajkumar began to share the Gospel the very next day after accepting the Lord. He has since travelled to 46 countries of the World by the leading of the Lord.He has been instrumental in leading thousands of non-Christians to the Lord from backgrounds including Hinduism, Islam, Communism as well as Judaism from places all over the world as well as a nationwide ministry in India.Rajkumar is a member of the Methodist Church in India and has a ministry of preaching and teaching the Word of God covering a spectrum of Churches such as Pentecostal, Assemblies of God, Methodist, Anglican, Evangelical, Presbyterian, Baptist, Lutheran, Church of South India, Church of North India, Brethren, Marthoma, Syrian Orthodox, Moravian, Mennonite and other Free Churches.Presently Rajkumar is the Executive Director of Logos Ministries in India, a ministry founded to ‘assist Churches in the ministry of the Word ‘. He is also the Dean (Honorary) of Faculty of Haggai Institute, India.Rajkumar’s call is to be an instrument of God in preaching the Gospel to ‘His Sheep in other folds’ and revive the ‘Sheep in His fold’ by the power of the Holy Spirit. He also ministers at Pastors’ Conferences to encourage them to experience more of the joy of Ministry through intimacy with God. In recognition of his commitment to the Lord and his ministry in and through the Church the Hindustan Bible Institute and College, Chennai, which is affiliated to the Asia Theological Association (ATA) conferred on him the Honorary  Degree of Doctorate in Divinity in August 2011He currently lives in Delhi with his family, wife (Ragini), son  (Akshay) and daughter-in-law (Shruti).

Paul Jeremiah

Senior Elder – Kingdom Advance Community, Singapore
 Paul Paul Jeremiah is the Senior Elder of Kingdom Advance Community in Singapore, a faith based New Testament church. He is also the Regional Coordinator of Kingdom Community Network Far East (KCN FE), which is part of Congress WBN that operates in over 95 nations.He has a heart to mentor and a raise a new generation of Godly leaders. He is married to Annu and has three lovely teenage daughters.

Arpit Waghmare

Founding Coordinator – Transition Network and Partner – Seventh Incorporated
 Arpit Arpit – son of Sattu and Pushpa Waghmare was born in Sagar (Madhya Pradesh, India) in 1973 and raised in Nagpur (Maharashtra, India) as his hometown. He completed his BE (Electronics engineering) in 1995 and went on to do an MBA (Marketing and HR) from MDI, Gurgaon (National Capital Region, India). He started his professional career in FMCG sales with Perfetti India Ltd. in 1998 and went on to work with Cargill India Ltd., and AW Faber-Castell.He was actively involved in student and youth ministry since his teenage years through the Union of Evangelical Students of India (UESI) and his church – the All Saints Cathedral (CNI), Nagpur which continues to remain his parent church in his hometown Nagpur.He and Shilpa who he married in 2000, responded to a call for full church ministry in 2002 for a season till 2006 where they planted and pastored a church as part of the Church at Powai (an independent church at Mumbai). Both their children Tiara -10, and Kezia -7 were born during this period. Arpit had a related music ministry that continues till date in different forms. He completed his MA in Theological Studies from SAIACS in 2008 and returned to the marketplace with the Expat Group in April 2008 at Bangalore where his last role based at Dubai was as the head of one of the businesses. He is currently a partner at a boutique Branding and Design Consultancy at Bangalore and functioning as the Chief Operating Officer.He was the founding coordinator of Transition Network and the Operation Nehemiah movement and senses his calling to be a servant in the footsteps of Christ.

 sanjay Mr. Sanjay Patra has experience of 25 years in the Voluntary & Development Sector. He is currently the Executive director of the Financial Management Services Foundation (FMSF) and has served with this organization since 1998.  FMSF is a nonprofit organization responsible for financial monitoring & capacity building of development organizations in South Asia (India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Pakistan). FMSF has a wide network of over 300 development organizations in this region.In the year 2005‐07 he was a member of the Task Group formed by the Planning Commission for drafting policy on the Voluntary Sector. He has also been a Resource Person in many National as well as International Workshops specializing in the areas of Financial Management, Governance and Legal aspects of the Voluntary Sector. Till date he has facilitated more than 200 workshops. He is a faculty in various Diploma/ Degree program of educational institutions.Over the years, he has engaged in major research, training and has also authored books on financial audit & written several articles.

L.T. Jeyachandran

Executive Director, Asia Pacific – RZIM Asia
 jeyachandran L.T. Jeyachandran hails from Tamil Nadu in South India. He graduated from PSG College of Technology, affiliated with University of Madras, and later received a Master of Technology degree in Structural Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Madras (now Chennai). L.T. worked in several parts of India for 28 years as a Senior Civil Engineer with the Central (Federal) Government. The last position he held was that of Chief Engineer in charge of 13 states of India in the Eastern Zone while based in the city of Calcutta. During his years in the Government, he also served as President of the Class I Officers’ Association of the Civil Wing of the Department of Telecommunications (now BSNL). He is a life-member of the Institution of Engineers (India), Indian Concrete Association and the Indian Council of Arbitration.L.T. took early retirement from the Government in November 1993 to join Ravi Zacharias International Ministries in India, an organization devoted to thinking carefully through various issues of critical importance to life and society; in this capacity, he has addressed student audiences in India at the IIT’s (Chennai, Kanpur, Roorkee, Mumbai and Guwahati) BITS Pilani, IISc Bangalore, NIT Jalandhar and other esteemed institutions. He has also spoken to student groups in Singapore, Manila in the Philippines, New Zealand (Canterbury University), US (Queen’s College, New York) and UK (Imperial College, London and University of Manchester). He has engaged business audiences to address issues of ethics and integrity in the workplace from a Christian point of view and invited discussion from friends of other faiths.Since January 2001, L.T. has been working as Executive Director of Asia-Pacific branch of the same organization, based in Singapore. He and his wife Esther, have two children and four grandchildren.

Dr. Manfred W. Kohl

Special Ambassador, Overseas Council
 manfred Dr. Manfred W. Kohl was born in Germany during the Second World War, and was educated in Germany, England, and the United States. He earned a Master of Divinity degree at Gordon Divinity School in Massachusetts, a Master of Theology at Harvard Divinity School, a Doctor of Theology from the American Center for Congregational Studies, and a Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. The topics of his dissertations were Congregationalism in America (ThD) and Principles of Fund Raising for Christian Humanitarian Organizations (DMin).Following seminary, Dr. Kohl served as pastor of the First Congregational Church in Middleboro, Massachusetts, one of the oldest churches in the United States. He then served with World Vision International for seventeen years, first as field director in West Africa and then as executive director of World Vision German-speaking Europe and vice-president of World Vision International. He now serves as Ambassador with Overseas Council for Theological Education and Mission (OC), an organization that promotes Christian leadership training in the two-thirds world and Eastern Europe.Dr. Kohl has done extensive traveling and speaking in connection with World Vision and Overseas Council, and has conducted seminars and conferences on time management, fund raising/stewardship, and pastoral and theological issues for national Christian leaders around the world. He was director, and on the teaching staff, of the Institute of Excellence for Theological Education, seminars for the leadership of theological schools in the non-western world. He has presented papers at numerous theological conferences. His publications include A History of Congregationalism in America, Lagoon in the Pacific: The Story of Truk, Menschenskinder, and Christian Leadership, as well as articles on stewardship and fund raising in major journals. He is also co-editor of The International Congregational Journal and the recently published books entitled Educating for Tomorrow: Theology for the Asian Context, and Leadership for the Twenty-first Century. In 2006 he co-edited a five-volume set, published in Portuguese, on transformation in the various aspects of Christian ministry. Each volume includes one chapter by Dr. Kohl. The volume on Transformation in Mission was chosen best missions book of the year 2006 in South America.Dr. Kohl is married to Barbara, a native of Nova Scotia, Canada. They have two married sons, Waldemar and Jonathan, and six grandchildren.

Francis Fernandez

 francis Francis Fernandez hails from Tamil Nadu in South India. He has been living outside of India since 1996. He is currently a citizen of Singapore. He graduated from St. Joseph’s College in Trichy, affiliated with University of Madras, and later received an M.Phil in Psychiatric Social work from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. He has been certified in various Human, Group and Organizational Systems training and workshops, which he brings to serve in various organizational interventions to effect lasting change. Francis worked in the field of Organizational and Personal Change Consulting in India (Bangalore & Chennai) before he shifted his base to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia in 1996. He had served as Director and Head of Consulting in small boutique consulting firms in Malaysia and also headed the region for a large consulting firm. During his 26 years of consulting (10 years in India, 11 years in Malaysia and 5 years in Shell in Singapore), he has consulted in the areas of Leadership, Personal Growth, Coaching, Team Effectiveness and Organizational Change in 15 countries across Asia-Pacific and several countries in Europe.Francis received the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and redeemer in 1999. Since then he has served in the Church Leadership in Malaysia and in Singapore. He supports and facilitates Church leadership events in Asia.Francis is married to Josephine, a native of Malaysia, for 28 years. They are blessed with son Keith and daughter Kathleen who live with them currently in Singapore.
